ARABS AND BRITISH SOLDIERS HAND-TO-HAND BATTLE SEVERAL KILLED AND WOUNDED fILP.A. Bv Electric Telegraph—Copyriglitl (Received 30th November. 10.5 a.m.) JERUSALEM. 29th November. Two British soldiers were killed, two seriously wounded and five slightly in a hand-to-hand battle with Arabs south from Haifa. Twenty-six Arabs were killed. Heavy fighting is continuing. Lance-Corporal McCallum was fatally injured in a land mine explosion at Tulkarem.
