When a fall of earth occurred on a gold claim at Deep Creek, Walcamarina Valley, on Saturday morning Marshall Forman, aged 50, single, was swept against a rocky ledge, sustaining a fractured leg and a dislocated spine. He succumbed in hospital last evening. Deceased came recently from the West Coast, where he has relatives.
