TAKING COURT EVIDENCE OMISSION RECTIFIED I United Press Association! WELLINGTON. This Day. An omission in the typewritten notes of evidence in the Supreme Court yesterday was repaired by reference to a dictaphone record, and to-day, when the case was resumed. Sir Michael Myers, commented on the value of mechanical notes. His Honour drew counsel’s attention to the omission. “I knew he had said it, but I took the precaution of sending for th.e mechanical note. It shows the value of the mechanical note.” he said.
