The Vatican has isssued a secret instruction to Catholic teachers and universities, listing eight Nazi heresies, including the idea that Aryans and Jews are higher and lower races, the preservation of so-called purity of blood, the doctrine that intellectual moral qualities come from the race, the subjection of religion to racial laws, and tfie claim that individuals exist only for the state.
