SYDNEY, 28th March.

Empire development and co-operation were the key notes of speeches at the Empire Producers’ Conference, which was opened to-day by the Governor of New South Wales Lord Wakehurst.

Delegates from England, Wales, Scotland, Canada, Rhodesia, New Zealand and Australian organisations attended.

Speakers to the vote of thanks to the Governor included Messrs W. W. Mul holland and A. J. Murdoch, (New Zea land).
