TWO PROHIBITION ORDERS

BROTHERS CONSENT When Gilbert Fenemor. who was before the Court recently charged with resisting arrest and using indecent language. was brought before the Magistrate. Mr T. E. Maunsell, on remand today. both he and his brother indicated that they haa consented to take out prohibition orders, as suggested by the Magistrate on Friday The Magistrate remarked that it was the best thing they could have done. In the circumstances he would take a lenient view of the matter aqd admitted Fenemor to probation for six months.
