Results:— Ohawe Hurdles, of £150; one and a half miles.—2 Riotous, 10.0, 1; 4 Kentucky Song, 9.4, 2; 5 Even Money, 10.3, 3. Also started: Boughal, Booklaw. Won by a neck, two and a half lengths. Time, 2.45 1-5. Flying Handicap, of £200; six furlongs.—2 Race Call, 7.5, 1; 3 Notium, 7.2, 2; 1 Surella, 7.0, 3. Scratched: Smoke Screenfl Won by half a length, two lengths. Time, 1.14 3-5. Tokaora Hack Handicap, of £200: six furlongs.—2 Majority, 8.4, 1; 1 Pekoe, 8.12, 2; 3 Slam. 7.12, 3. All started. Won by a length both ways. Time, 1.14 1-5. DUNEDIN CUP MEETING DUNEDIN, This Day. The Dunedin Cup meeting opened in perfect weather. There was a large | attendance and a fast track. Results:— i Warrington Hurdles, of £175; one and a half miles.—3-3 Master Anomaly, 10.1 ! (Richards), 1; 4-4 Superex, 10.2. 2; 6-6 Delrain, 9.8, 3. Scratched Royal Am-! phora. Won by four lengths, one and a half lengths. Time, 2.44. Trial Handicap, of £ 120; seven fur- : longs.—6-6 Spanish Lad, 7.9 (Jen- j nings), 1; 7-5 Lochie River. 7.9 (Jenkins), car. 7.11, 2; 4-4 Pink Del. 8.8 (Dooley), 3. All started.
