SECOND ARBITRATION COURT
EMPLOYERS’ REPRESENTATIVE TO RETIRE [By Telegraph—Press Association! WELLINGTON, This Day. Mr E. W. Anderson, employers’ representative on the second Arbitration Court, wishes to retire at an early date and it is understood that the names of Mr L. Alderton. barrister and solicitor of Auckland, and Mr A. W. Nisbet. secretary of the Wellington Manufacturers’ Association, will be placed before the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, with whom the decision as to the appointment of Mr Anderson’s successor will lie.
