A. 5 Andrews) reported as follows on the board's supply operations for the , i month of November. 1037. HEADWORKS i i .1 | Water m the Waimea river has been '■'Cry low up to the 17th. when rains : raised the level 3 feet. Slight damage ■ was done to the stone bar. 7 lie work carried out at the lower station has increased the available head ■ and output. GENERATING PLANTS Brooklyn: The Brooklyn plant has | operated satisfactorily during the month. A leakage of water occurred past the control valve shaft, which requires attention. : Motueka Diesel: The Diesel unit has run I2G hours, consuming (>O7 gallons of ; fuel oil, and generating OGO2 units. I Waimea Stations: Both plants are op- ! crating to the maximum output of the I water available. On the evening of the 17th a load of 1.7(5 k.w. was carried, 103 k.w. being on the upper station. Supply has been disconnected in several portions of the Waimea area on various occasions to enable old lines to be dismantled, but no serious interruptions have occurred. INSTALLATIONS
