WRIT OBTAINED BY MR O. F. NELSON HEARING AT SAMOA NEXT MONTH I United Press association—By Eteri rlo Telegraph—Copyriebtl (Received 20th October, 11.20 a.m.) APIA, 19th October. Mr O. F. Nelson has obtained a writ for alleged defamatory libel contained in an article in the August number of the "Pacific Island Monthly” against Mr Gurau, a Samoan correspondent. The hearing takes place on 7th November before Chief Judge Morling.
