Ilailc Selassie is suing Cable, Wireless Ltd., for approximately £IO,OOO, which was owing before his departure from Abyssinia in connection with the maintenance of the London-Ethiopian radio telegraph service. The company admitted that the money was clue, but pleaded that the King of Italy had become Emperor and the cause of Haile Selassie’s action was vested in the Italian Government.
