INFANTILE PARALYSIS
POSITION IMPROVED AT PALMERSTON NORTH NO FRESH CASES FOR WEEK [By Telegraph—Press Association] PALMERSTON N.. 24th April. It is now a week since a case of infantile paralysis was admitted to hospital from the city area, and six days since the last ease from the country. The Inspector of Health, Mr Reed stated to-day that the position was now somewhat heartening. Admissions since 15th Marcit total nineteen, including four only from the city.
