The “New York Times’ ” Washington correspondent says that the United States is expected soon to start, exploratory conversations with Japan in regard to a reciprocal trade agreement. Experts are confident that a basis will be readily found. It is not believed that the progress of the Bri-tish-American reciprocal trade .conversations will be delayed until after the Imperial Conference.
