SWEPT OFF HORSE
FARMER BELIEVED TO BE DROWNED (By Telegraph—Press Association) INVERCARGILL, This Day. Berry Sheridan, married, aged 30 years, farm labourer, of Waikawa valley, was swept off his horse while fording the yVaikawa river and is believed to nave been drowned. Several search parties are out but the body has not been recovered.
