BRITISH COMMONWEALTH SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received Bth October, 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, This Day. Mr William Ormsby Gore (Secretary of State for the Colonies), proposing the health of the British Commonwealth Scientific Conference at a Government dinner, said the conference was especially memorable because it represented a new and important stage in the collaboration of Empire Governments. It was a great Imperial experiment.
