METEOROLOGICAL

Mr K. M. Fogg, formerly of Bolton (Lancs), who is a probation officer at’ Croydon, Surrey, has received a letter which has been passed on to him by Messrs Frost, Snow and Winter, who are also members of the Croydon Corporation staff. The letter was sent by a youth Mr Fogg had helped. The youth forgot Mr Fogg’s name. He remembered it had something to do with the weather, and addressed the letter to Mr Frost, Town Hall, Croydon, who, seeing that it wasn’t meant for him, passed it on to Mr Snow. Mr Snow handed it to Mr Winter. From Mr Winter it reached Mr Fogg.
