(Received 6th October, 1.35 p.m.) LONDON, sth Otcober. Included in 1590 divorce suits listed for the term beginning on Monday is that of the Countess of Jersey’s claim which the Earl of Jersey is not defending. Another undefended suit is that of Lady Montagu against Lord Edward Montagu.
