Apples: Fair demand imported, • offerings smalt. Bulk recent arrivals lacking colour. Prices are: Californian Newtown, 12s 6d to 13s 6d; Jonathan, 11s to 13s 6d.

Pears : Fair demand. Until last few days prices inclined easier. Prices are : Californian Comice, 15s to 18s; Beurre Bose, 12s to 13s; Winter Nelis, 14s to 14s 6d.

Peas: Maples—-Fair business done at beginning of, last month.
