STAMP COLLECTORS BUSY

CHAMBER OF COMMERCE . . STAMPS (By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. So great has been the run on Chamber of Commerce stamps in Auckland that at the moment there are no supplies of 6d, 4d and .2£d issues. Collectors have been extraordinarily busy and on the opening day of the sale, Ist October, single orders up to £3OO were placed for stamps, some collectors buying for overseas. .Postal officials say they have placed no restrictions on sales —first come, first served.

Yesterday a further supply of 2£d and 6d stamps were available, the former selling out within half an hour and the remainder by midday.
