AN ADVISER TO NEW ZEALAND WING COMMANDER COCHRANE (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 2nd October, 11.0 a.m.) LONDON, Ist October. Appointed by the Air Ministry, Wing Commander R. A. Cochrane will go to New Zealand on 2nd October to advise on the subject of air defence. Fie is a graduate of the Imperial Defence College and of the Royal Air Force Staff College.
