MAGISTRATE’S COURT

In the Magistrate’s Court this morning, before Mr T. E. Maunsell, S.M,, John R. Kerr, who was charged with driving across the Haven Road level crossing of the railway line when an engine and train was approaching on such line and within half a mile ' of the crossing, was ordered to pay costs 10s.

For driving a car without sufficient lights Hemi M. Grant .was fined 5s and 3s costs.

Stanley W. Orr was fined £1 and costs 12s for being found on licensed premises after hours,
