Tiie New Zealand colt Sigurd is not starting at Randwick on Monday and will, if well enough, travel on his return to New Zealand at the end of next week to compete in the Wellesley Stakes at Trentham. A message received on Wednesday was to the effect that the New Zealand colt Sigurd caught a chill on the voyage from New Zealand last week and it was doubtful whether he would run in the Breeders’ Plate at Randwick next Monday.
