FILMING THE CORONATION
FOR THE FIRST TIME IN HISTORY (United Pi'phr Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 23rd September, 12.45 p.m.) j LONDON. 22nd September. I The “Daily Telegraph” says it is possible that the Coronation will be j filmed for the first time in history. | The introduction of a movie camera in Westminster Abbey has always been frowned on in the past, because it was felt it tended to lessen the diunity of the ceremony. It is now felt that the inconveni- ' ence would be counter-balanced by, the interest of the picture throughout the Empire and also its value as an historical document.
