GOODWILL MESSAGE FROM PRIME MINISTER SPECIAL FLAG PRESENTED (By Telegraph—Press Association) ROTORUA, This Day. The Hon. W. E. Parry, Minister of Internal Affairs, on Sunday afternoon visited Rotoiti, where he presented a special flag to two" sub-fribes of Te Arawa. The flag was a gift from the Native Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, and was intended to replace the old flag given to these two tribes by the Government many years ago. Mr Parry also read a goodwill message from Mr Savage to the Maori lace.
