Judgment for £250 general damages which ft jury awarded and £132 special damages was given by Mr Justice Fair in the Supreme Court in the case in which Valentine Dunne, Superintendent of Mails, Auckland, claimed £BBB from Winstone, Limited, as compensation for an accident in which lie sustained injuries to his right leg as the result of a collision between defendants’ lorry and a cycle he was l iding.
