RETAINED BY TAPAWERA The “K” Cup match between the Nelson and Tapawcra representatives, which was concluded on Saturday, was won by Tapawcra by S 3 runs. Tapawcra in the first innings made only 02, hut in the second innings they put up a much better performance, the total reaching 220. Nelson in the first innings made 09. On commencing their second innings'the challengers were 219 mi ns behind and they were able to produce only 130 runs, Tapawcra thus retaining' the trophy by 83 runs.
