NELSON ROTARY CLUB

FIRST LUNCHEON OF YEAR The Nelson Rotary Club resumed its weekly luncheon gatherings for 1936, today when there was a large attendance of members presided over by Rotarian President E. A. Bone. The President made reference to the death of the late King and as a mark of respect members stood in silence, after which the National Anthem was sung. After the luncheon. Dr. D. Miller, of the Cawthron Institute, gave a talk on his experiences on air travel during a recent visit to South America. A vote of thanks to the speaker was carried on the motion of Rotarian J. A. Harley. Visitors to the luncheon were Rotarian L. Caton, of the Hamilton Club, and Messrs J. Glasgow and G. Harkness.
