RETIREMENT AND PROMOTIONS (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 31st August. ' The Admiralty announce that Admiral Sir Cyril Fuller lias been placed on tlie retired list. In consequence, ViceAdmiral Sir Eric Fullerton is promoted to be Admiral Rear-Admiral Sydney Bailey is promoted to be Vice-Admiral. Vice-Admiral Bailey is to he re-appointed in command of the Battle Cruiser Squadron on promotion.
