POLAR EXPLORATION PLANS A SUBMARINE VENTURE INCLUDED (United Press Association—By Electric Telefrrapb—Copyright) (“Times" Cables; LONDON, 28th June. “The Times’’ Oslo correspondent says Sir Hubert and Lady Wilkins have arrived eu route for England. Sir Hubert is recruiting for the Wyatt Earp expedition next winter and will further discuss a Polar submarine expedition, for which he undertakes a trial trip in 1936. The actual voyage, with Lady Wilkins as cook will take place in 1937. The submarine would travel sixteen hours under water out of twenty-four and would start from Spitsbergen or Behring Straits and attempt to arrive in America via the Pole.
