LIFE OF CECIL RHODES LIKELY TO AROUSE RACIAL FEELING (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 14th November, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, 13th November. Tlie ‘‘Daily Telegraph” says British National Films has abandoned the project to produce a film story of the life of Cecil Rhodes owing to representations by General Smuts and other authorities in South Africa. The Story as planned was calculated to arouse' racial feeling between Anglo-Saxons and Boers.
