SUGGESTIONS OF WELLINGTON UNION (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. The management committee of the Wellington Rugby Union decided to suggest to the next Imperial Rugby Conference that the present value of the field goal (4 points) should be reduced, and that the present law which permits pushing a player as he stoops to- pick up the hall should be deleted.
