N.R.A. REORGANISED
POWERS TO PRESIDENT DECISIONS OF POLICY (United Press Association—By Eleetrio Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 28th September, 1.0 p.m.) WASHINGTON, 27th. September.. President Roosevelt has re-organised the N.R.A., and is appointing a committee of seven, headed by Mr Donald R. Riehberg, to take charge of tlie broad policies and future- legislation. The President has stipulated that all future decisions of policy and legislation shall be reserved to himself.
