DEATH OF A CHILD (By Telegraph—Press Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. Yvonne Ann Dawson, aged five years, daughter of Mr H. W. Dawson, Charleston Avenue, Lower Hutt, was knocked down and killed by a lorry owned and driven by E. A. King, of Petone, in High street, Lower Hutt, this morning. Owing to the wet morning the child was sent to school by bus. On getting off the bus she ran round in front and the lorry coming in the opposite direction ran over her..
