REVOLUTIONARY ACTIVITY TRACING TROTSKY (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 24th September, 12.10 p.m.) MADRID, 23rd September. A state of alarm has been declared, though the revolutionary activity is apparently abating. The Cortes meets on Ist October. The Minister of the Interior, fearing that Trotsky will participate in the revolutionary plans, has ordered the police to trace bis movements and deport him if he is still in Spain.
