REGULATING OUTPUT (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30th April, 12.55 p.m.) LONDON, 29th April. The Rubber Growers’ Association announced that a regulation agreement has been signed and submitted to the governments of producing countries with a request for enactment. The objectives are the regulation of export, for an adequate supply at an economic price to the governments, to appoint delegates to the international committee, to allot export quotas for the period from Ist June to the end'of 1938, further planting prohibited, and replanting limited to a fifth.
