RECEPTION IN LONDON British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 20th April The new British Ambassador to Parts was the recipient of many tribute to bis past services and of'good wishes in bis new post at a reception held in his honour in London. It was arranged by Lord Derby ami the United Association of Great Britain and France.
Sir Geo. E. Clerk, in replying, referred 'to the brilliant services of Lord Tyrrell, who be succeeded, in maintaining the Anglo-French understanding.
