CHECKING A NUISANCE
NOISY CRAFT ON HARBOURS . AN AUCKLAND BYLAW (By Telegraph—Press Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Harbour Board has approved a bylaw to check the nuisance sometimes caused by noisy motor boats and outboards. All must be fitted with efficient silencers.
