A renewal of violence in Cuba to-day resulted in tho killing of the daughter of Senor Portfirio Franca, a former banker and member of the September Revolutionary Committee. The mob attacked and sacked tho ex-hanker's summer homo at Managua. Franca and. his son-in-law attempted a defence with revolvers, and the mob fatally shot the woman. Skirmishes continued throughout Cuba all night.
