WELLINGTON, This Day. It is expected that- the newly-elected member for Buffer, Mr P. C. Webb, will take his seat in the House to-mor-row. The writ will probably be in the hands of the Speaker of the House tomorrow morning, the official count having been completed last evening; Mr Webb will sit in the second row of the Opposition benches and will have as his mate the member for Hutt, Mr W. Nash. :
