National Bank \yere engaged in a further conference with*Mr Justice Blair m chambers this morning with the object of effecting a settlement. The conference is not concluded. SETTLEMENT REACHED GISBORNE, This Day. In the Supreme Court it was announced that after a conference of parties with the Judge a settlement had been reached in the Lysnar v. National Bank. The terms were not announced in Court.
