FINANCIAL ADVISER
A WASHINGTON APPOINTMENT 'British Official Wireless) RUGBY, 13th February. Mr T. C. Bewley, assistant-Ssecretarv to the Treasury, has been appointed financial adviser to the British Ambassador at Washington. The appointment is not related to war debts discussions, hut is in accordance with the procedure whereby financial advisers are being attached to the various British Embassies. A similar appointment was recently made to Berlin.
