MIGRATION BALANCE (United Press Association—By Electric •Telegraph—Copy ri gh t) (Received 15th February, 1.10 p.m.) LONDON, 14th February. In Hie House of Commons, Mr J. H. Thomas, Dominions Secretary, informed Mr E. H. Pickering (National Liberal) that for the nine months to 30th June last, the inward balance of migration from the dominions was 26,034, including 3847 from Australia, and 1641 from New Zealand.
