EXPULSIONS FROM PARTY (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 15th August, 1.25 p.m.) LONDON, 14th August. The National Council of the Independent Labour Party endorsed a request by the Scottish executive that fifteen members refusing to support disaffiliation from the Labour Party should be expelled. Messrs Kirkwood, Neil, McLean and Tom Johnston are among those expelled.
