STATEMENT BY LORD PARMOOR (Received 21st June, 10.40 a.m.) LONDON, 20th June; “The absence of a reservation in the Statute of Westminster entitles the Free State to repeal the oath legally,’ declared Lord Parmoor. “The Treaty obligation no longer lias its original force.” (Lord Parmoor is a member of the Judical Committee of tlie Privy Council).
