WELLINGTON SESSIONS
(By Telegraph—ProßS Association) WELLINGTON, This Day. After hearing considerable evidence, the jury was unable to agree concerning the claim of Sir Kenneth Douglas, against the Victoria Laundry Co., Ltd., for injuries received when he was run down by a van driven by an employee of the company. A new trial is to be held during the present sitting, of the Supreme Court.
