A THEATRE CLEARED (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 30th March, 11.30 a.m.) PARIS, 29th March. Tear gas bombs were burled into the auditorium at the Ambigu Theatre during a play based oil the Dreyfus affair, members of the audience regarding the production as unpatriotic. Many were ejected, and one demonstrator was hoisted to the stage where he was spanked in the old fashioned way until rescued by the police. In the meantime the audience was so affected by the tear gas that all were obliged to leave. Five arests were made.
