TO AVOID SUNSTROKE
There are two typos of people who ruin their holidays from a health point of view. The first fails to get tho full hen fit from his holiday because lie "dresses up’ ’as if ho were in town, and docs not allow the sun’s rays to get to bis body. The second goes to the other oxtrerne, and has an overdose of sun. It is most important when you start your holiday not to sun-bathe for too long. Wear a hat until your skin becomes adapted to tho changed conditions. Once tho skin has tanned, the posibility of sunstroke is considerably reduced. Remember, also, that tho warmth of the weather does not. cause sunstroke. Sunstroke is /mused by an overdose of light and not by an overdose of boat. There are certain harmful rays in the sunlight responsible for the trouble.
