MOUNT BOA SURPRISES MEADOW LARK HOME FIRST DUNEDIN, 27th December. The Dunedin Racing Club’s Meeting was concluded to-dav in fine weather, the track being faster than yesterday, while the attendance also improved. Results are as follow : Milburn Hurdles, of 160 sovs; one mile and a half—3 Antrim Boy, 11.3, 1; 1 Amorist, 11.6, 2; 4 Membo, 10.4, 3. All started. Won by thee lengths. Time, 2.46.
Allunton Handicap, of 170 sovs; seven furlongs—6 Quinopal, 8.2, 1; 1 Homecoming, 8.1, 2; 8 Fair Exchange, 8.12, 3. All started. Won by a neck. Time, 1.30 3-5.
Grandstand Handicap, of 210 sovs; six furlongs—l Meadowlark, 9.7, 1; 5 Aspiring, 8.8, 2; 4 Waving Corn, 8.8, 3. Scratched: Royal Saxon, Spoon and El Boa. Won by two lengths. Time, 1.16 1-5. St. Andrews Handicap, of 275 sovs; one mile—B Mount Boa, 7.6, 1; 3 Caterpillar, 8.5, 2; 5 Sapient, 7.0, 3. All started. Won by three-quarters of a length. Time, 1.40 3-5. Fernhill Handicap, of 200 sovs; one mile and a quartei —2 Night Parade, 8.0, 1; 4 Baliance. 7.7, 2 ; 7 Night Ellort,
8.7. 3. Scratched: Colonel Quex, Home coining. Won by half a length, a neck Time, 2.10.
