LAWYERS' WIGS
Wig-nmking dates from the seventeenth century. Originally wigs were made of human hair, greased and powdered white. Modern wigs are made of white horse-haii- with a few black hairs added. The curling is done by girls specially trained for the purpose, and the process has altered little in_ a hundred years. Neither has the price of wigs changed much in the last century.
