LONDON, Bth April. Employers rejected the wool textile operatives' offer of a reduction, and express surprise that it was made in view of the even greater reduction already rejected. Notices affecting from 150,000 to 200,000 employees will operate chiefly from Saturday, unless there is an eleventh hour settlement.
